- 21 October 9:50am: ticket created for the technical teams. Start of investigations.
- 21 October 10:02am: Statuspage communication issued.
- 21 October 10:07am: ticket escalated.
- 21 October 10:30am: identification of a workaround shared with merchants.
- 21 October 11:19am: identification of the root cause of the incident.
- 22 October 4:43pm: implementation of measures to prevent recurrence. End of the incident.
- Since October 23rd : Ongoing investigations to address the root cause.

The accounting export generation service was affected by very large and repeated requests made by several users. These requests caused an overload, making the service inaccessible.
