Nous avons été informés d'un incident ayant affecté plusieurs dossiers de financement Oney ouverts entre le samedi 3 mai et le lundi 5 mai matin. Les dossiers impactés sont restés en attente. Des actions sont en cours chez Oney pour rattraper ces dossiers, mais les transactions déjà refusées ne pourront plus être validées malgré un financement accepté.
Des actions sont en cours pour annuler les dossiers de financement acceptés liés à des transactions refusées.

We have been informed of an incident that affected several Oney financing applications opened between Saturday, May 3rd and the morning of Monday, May 5th. The impacted applications remained in a pending state.
Oney is currently working to recover these applications, but transactions that have already been declined can no longer be validated, even if the financing was approved.
Actions are also underway to cancel approved financing applications that are linked to declined transactions.

Siamo stati informati di un incidente che ha interessato diverse pratiche di finanziamento Oney aperte tra sabato 3 maggio e la mattina di lunedì 5 maggio. Le pratiche interessate sono rimaste in stato di attesa.
Oney sta attualmente lavorando per recuperare queste pratiche, ma le transazioni già rifiutate non potranno più essere validate, anche se il finanziamento è stato approvato.
